youwanttosavetheeditstothepresetrecordingsettings,savethepreset
asauserpresetbychangingthepresetname.
Using marks within a project
Ifyou’vemadeanextendedrecording,suchasofaliveperformanceora
practicesession,youcanmovebetweensongsortoadesiredlocationby
movingwhileyoulistentothesoundorbyfast‐forwardingorrewinding
accordingtothecountertime.
However,theMR‐2alsoletsyouaddmarkstoa
projectduringrecording
orplayback,andusethebackandforwardbuttonstorapidlymove
betweenthesemarksduringplayback.
IfaprojectisinWAV,DSDIFF,orWSDformat,youcanaddormovea
marktoanyposition.However,youwillonlybeabletoaddormove
amarkinaminimumof11.6msstepsinaprojectinDSFformat;and
inaminimumof26.1msstepsinapr
ojectinMP
2orMP3format.
If
youmoveamarktoanoddtimeposition,itwillautomaticallymove
totheclosestpositionaccordingtothecorrespondingrequirements.
Adding a mark
Toaddamark,simplypresstherecordbuttonduringrecordingorplayback.
Youcanaddupto100marks,andeditthemlater.
Markersareautomaticallyaddedatthebeginningoftheproject,and
atlocationsatwhichyouresumerecordingafteryoupauserecording.
Ifadividedfilewascreatedwhenthedatasizeexceeded1GB
duringrecording(seepage49),amarkwillalsobeaddedauto‐
maticallyatthebeginningofthedividedlocation.
YoucanonlyaddmarkstoaprojectthatwasrecordedontheMR‐2.
Viewing the mark list
Here’showtoviewalistshowingthemarksinaprojectintheorderof
theirtimelocation.
1. PresstheMENUbuttontodisplaythemenulist,thenusethecon‐
trollerbuttonstoselectandconfirm“LIBRARY.”
Thelibraryselect(LIBRARY)screenwillappear.
