12. Connectthepedalcordandthespeakercordtotheconnec-
torsontherearoftheLP-380sconnectorbox.
When connecting the pedal cord and the speaker cord, ob-
serve the correct orientations of the connectors.
The pedal cord or the speaker cord can be detached from the
connector with its locking tab held down.

13.Usethecordholdertoholdthepedalcord.
After securing the cord with the cord holder, ensure
that excess pressure is not applied to the connectors.
14.ConnectthededicatedcordtotheACadapter.Then,
plugtheACadapterintotheDCINconnector,and
wrapthecordaroundthecordhookofthepiano.For
details,referto“ConnectingthePower”onpage5.
15.PlacetheLP-380whereyouintendtouseit.Make
suretoplaceitinasafelocationwheretheoorisat
andstable.
Onthe73-keyversion,thepedalunitandstandare
separate,andonlythepedalcordisattachedtothe
stand.Becarefulwhenmovingthedigitalpianotoan-
otherlocation.
When seing the digital piano in place, make sure that
the stand does not rest on the AC adapter cable or pedal
cable.
For greater safety, be sure to attach the anti-tipping
brackets to the rear of the le and right side panels.
Check following assembly

If any parts are le over, carefully review the assembly proce-
dure to see where those parts should have been used.
□ Makesurethatallscrewsaretight.
5. Forthe88-keyversion,insertthepedalunitintothepedal
board,andthenfastenitbypressingapushrivetintothe
hole(abovethecutout)attherearofthepedalboard.
Aer pressing it into there, lithe pedal board to check that
the pedals do not drop.
The push rivet will prevent the pedal unit from falling out.
Therefore, it cannot be fully fastened to the pedal board.
Thisstepisnotnecessarywiththe73-keyversion.

6. Forthe88-keyversion,temporarilyfastenthepedalboard
(withthepedalunitattached)tothehardwareinsidethe
sidepanelsofthestand,usingfourscrews(M4).
Thisstepisnotnecessarywiththe73-keyversion.

7. Raisetheassembledstandslowlywithtwopeople.
8. Makesuretoaachtheanti-tippingbracketsbehindboth
sidepanels.Andtheanti-tippingbracketfastenedtothe
leofthecodeholderatthistime.
Joints between the side panels and the aached anti-tipping
brackets should be even (with no level dierence le).

9. Then,firmlytightenallthescrewsthataretemporarily
tightenedinstep3and6.
When tightening the screws on the LP-380, adjust the up/
down and front/rear positions on the le and right side pan-
els so that they are equal.
